We rent a space at the Longmont Location. This location has been great for us. Very convenient to park our equipment year round! The security cameras along with locking gate is very comforting. Despite certain people aren't trust worthy, Joe (owner) does a great job to stay on security and makes things right and makes sure you get what you pay for! Thank You

The facility has a lot of cameras and as a renter you get updates via email from the facility owner if an incident happens. If I ever have any questions or concerns I am able to text or call the facility owner and get a response promptly after. The pricing is very reasonable and by far the best in the area.

There is a peace of mind knowing that when we park our truck here it is going to be safe. Sometimes our neighbor has been in the way but if asked to move he has obliged.

This storage facility has been an absolute asset to my business. The security is better than other storage sites in that it is constantly monitored. Criminals do what they do and Joseph is on top of them immediately. There are cameras everywhere and lighting at night watching everything and everyone. The access gate is much better after the upgrade. The location near I25 is simple and minutes from anywhere. We are happy with the lot we are leading and all of the work the owner has put into this facility. Some people just can’t handle not being able to get away with doing less than what is expected. Horrible to try and do business with. Wasted 1/2 day trying toi secure storage. Only wanted to set me up with one for $300 month. You had a 14x40 listedfor $92,i reserved it, got a account number then told it never ex.isted. Blame it on the web guys

If you are looking for a safe and secure place to store your equipment this is definitely the place to do so. Joe is a great person and easy to work with always on top of the security and safety of the facility. Very clean, well maintained and super accessible. I would definitely recommend this facility.

We have been using Contractor storage for our trailers for about 2 years now. Great location, very secure! I would definitely recommend Contractor Storage if you need extra yard space for equipment or vehicles.

If you are a contractor, or simply have high dollar assets to store, this is a great facility.

Having a convenient and secure storage lot just down the street from my house is of great relief as one of our trolleys was vandalized prior to the storage lot opening while it was parked behind my house. Joe and his team have been great to deal with over the last couple of years and look forward to many more!

With this place I can focus on running my business and not finding a place to keep my equipment, Safe, clean, and secure. My tools and equipment are safe. lights, video, secure electric gate. Lucky to be here. I sleep at night knowing my stuff is locked up and under video surveillance.
